AeroMailer is a native Windows and macOS application for permission-based bulk email campaigns. Complete this checklist before sending.

1. Install and activate

  1. Download the official Windows or macOS installer from aeromailer.app.
  2. Install AeroMailer and open it from your normal application shortcut.
  3. Read and accept the license and terms agreement.
  4. Enter the purchase email and license key shown after Stripe Checkout and sent by email.

2. Prepare the workspace

  1. Add and verify at least one SMTP sending account.
  2. Create a contact list and add only recipients for whom you can document consent.
  3. Create an email template or compose a new campaign.
  4. Send a test, review recipients and limits, then schedule or start the campaign.

3. Monitor the result

Keep AeroMailer running in the foreground or tray. Campaign progress is persisted after each recipient, and the Reports page shows successful, failed, skipped, and retrying deliveries.
