Before deactivation

Keep your license email and key securely, finish active sending, and back up data you need on the new computer. License deactivation does not transfer contacts, templates, or the local workspace.

Release the current device

  1. Connect to the internet.
  2. Open Settings → License and device.
  3. Select Deactivate This Device and read the confirmation before proceeding.
  4. After successful deactivation, install AeroMailer on the replacement computer and activate there using the same valid license.

If activation is rejected

A previously deactivated device may remain marked as deactivated. Do not delete or edit fingerprint or license files to bypass this. If reactivating that same computer is intentional, or the old device is lost, contact support with the email and displayed error. Never publish your complete license key.
