Answers for setup, licensing, downloads, and responsible sending

Product and compatibility

  • AeroMailer is a native Windows and macOS desktop application for permission-based email campaigns. It combines SMTP account management, contact lists, plain-text and HTML templates, personalization, scheduling, verification, suppression, and live reporting in one workspace.

  • No. The official AeroMailer installer includes the application runtime. Install the Windows .exe or macOS .dmg normally without separately installing a programming language or development framework.

  • Use a supported Windows 10 and 11 or macOS above Sequoia 15.6 computer with internet access. Internet is required for update checks, SMTP delivery, AI providers, and optional Google Analytics reporting. Your SMTP provider may have additional requirements.

  • AeroMailer supports unlimited SMTP accounts and bulk campaigns. The practical sending amount is controlled by your provider limits, your configured daily limits, recipient consent, and any limits attached to your AeroMailer subscription. AeroMailer warns before a campaign may exceed a selected account limit.

  • Contacts, lists, templates, campaign progress, reports, and settings are stored locally on your computer. Sensitive credentials use protected local storage and the operating-system credential vault where supported.

  • Just download the latest installer from aeromailer.app website and install it. All your data will remain and will not remove.

Downloads, installation, and updates

  • Always use the official AeroMailer Download page. Avoid modified installers, cracks, key generators, or third-party download websites because they may contain malware or steal SMTP and contact data.

  • The download page contains separate Windows and macOS sections. The Windows installer is available now. The macOS button becomes available when the signed and notarized .dmg release is configured.

  • Open Settings → Software updates → Check now. If a newer published version exists, AeroMailer shows the release details and a button that opens the official download page.

  • Confirm that the installer came directly from aeromailer.app and that its digital signature is valid. Do not bypass a warning for an installer from another source. If the official signed installer is still flagged, contact support with the antivirus name, detection message, and installer version.

Purchase, trial, refund, and activation

  • Open Pricing, choose yearly or lifetime access, and complete secure Stripe Checkout. The success page displays your license key, and AeroMailer also sends it to the purchase email.

  • Trial availability is handled by our support team. Please contact us with your name, email, operating system, and intended use so we can confirm the currently available trial option.

  • Refund requests must be reviewed by our support team. Please contact us using the purchase email and provide the Stripe order or session information. Eligibility depends on the applicable terms, payment status, activation status, and circumstances of the request.

  • After a successful Stripe payment, the license is normally shown immediately on the checkout success page and sent to the purchase email. Check spam or junk folders. If it does not arrive, contact support using the same purchase email.

  • One license activates one computer. It can be verified again on the same computer. Activating another device requires the existing device binding to be reset by support.

  • Yearly access remains active for the paid subscription period and renews according to the checkout terms. Lifetime access has no subscription expiration date. Both plans unlock the complete AeroMailer desktop feature set unless a future plan description explicitly states otherwise.

  • AeroMailer blocks workspace access and campaign sending after the verified license period expires. Renew the subscription using the purchase process or contact support if payment succeeded but the license still appears expired.

Sending and responsible use

  • Yes. The current Gmail SMTP setup uses smtp.gmail.com with STARTTLS or SSL and a Google App Password. Do not enter your normal Google password. Use the Gmail help icon in AeroMailer for the current setup guide.

  • No. An accepted SMTP response means the receiving server accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox placement. Sender reputation, authentication, content, recipient engagement, provider filtering, and complaint history can affect delivery.

  • AeroMailer must be used only for recipients for whom you can document a lawful consent source and purpose. Do not buy, scrape, guess, or generate addresses for unsolicited campaigns. Use verification and suppression tools to protect recipients and your sender reputation.

  • Open the AeroMailer User Guide for current instructions covering installation, licensing, SMTP accounts, contacts, templates, AI, campaign controls, reports, Google Analytics, updates, and troubleshooting.
