Campaign defaults
Configure default SMTP limits, message delays, verification behavior, signatures, desktop notifications, background operation, and startup launch. Campaign-specific settings can override applicable defaults.
Languages
AeroMailer supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Malay (Malaysia). Change the interface language in Settings.
Protected credentials
SMTP passwords, AI keys, Google Analytics credentials, and the license key use protected local storage and the operating-system credential vault where supported. Do not share exported data, application databases, keys, or screenshots containing secrets.
Local persistence
Contacts, lists, templates, campaign state, reports, and settings are stored locally in real time. Keep normal computer backups and protect the operating-system account that runs AeroMailer.
