Before starting a campaign

  • Verify the sending domain and SMTP account.
  • Send a test and inspect plain-text and HTML content.
  • Use an honest sender name, subject, and purpose.
  • Review attachments, links, personalization, limits, and delay.
  • Comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam, and unsubscribe laws.

After sending

Review failures and complaints, suppress recipients who must not receive future messages, and adjust account limits or content based on legitimate delivery evidence.
