Create a template

  1. Open Email Template and select New template.
  2. Choose HTML or Plain text.
  3. Enter a name and create the content.
  4. Save the template for reuse in campaigns.

HTML editing modes

Use the visual layout editor for structured text, buttons, images, and custom HTML blocks. Use Visual & HTML mode when direct markup access is required. Layout blocks remain editable when switching modes.

Adjust image and button sizes as well as padding, border, and margin. Uploaded HTML files can be edited, personalized, and saved. HTML templates can be exported to a location you choose.

Find and reuse templates

Search by template name and filter by HTML or plain-text type. In the campaign builder, select a saved template beside the HTML message option.
