SMTP rotation
AeroMailer rotates only through the verified accounts selected for the campaign. Each account's configured limit and today's campaign/test usage are considered before sending.
Message delay
Minimum and maximum delay values are seconds. AeroMailer chooses a delay in the configured range between messages. Defaults can be saved in Settings and changed before a campaign starts.
Transient retries
Temporary failures can be retried with exponential backoff. Permanent failures are not repeatedly retried. Delivery status and the next attempt remain visible in campaign progress and reports.
SMTP acceptance indicates that a server accepted the message; it does not guarantee placement in the recipient's inbox.
