Add the account

  1. Open Sending accounts and select Add SMTP.
  2. Choose the provider and enter an account name, SMTP host, port, security type, username, password, from email, and from name.
  3. Enter an inbox that you can access for the verification message.
  4. Send the verification email and enter the received one-time code.

Common connection settings

  • STARTTLS/TLS: commonly uses port 587.
  • SSL: commonly uses port 465.
  • Unencrypted SMTP: use only if your provider explicitly requires it; it is not recommended over public networks.

The account is available to campaigns only after the credential test and verification-code flow succeeds.
