How to Install Aero Mailer Software?
- Download the installer from https://aeromailer.app
- After Download, double click the "aero-mailer-Setup.exe" to install
How to Update Aero Mailer Software?
- Download the new installer from https://aeromailer.app
- After Download, double click the new "aero-mailer-Setup.exe" to update
Activate Aero Mailer Software?
- After Successful installation, when you first time open Aero Mailer Software, it
will ask you sor Activation Like bellow image
- To Activate Aero Mailer , Copy The "Activation CODE" from this window and go to
https://aeromailer.app/activate

Paste the "Activation CODE" here, like the image bellow. Then provide your valid Order ID or
Transaction ID, please make sure you provide your own valid email.
Click "Request Activation" button, then kindly wait for hour and we will send you "Activation Key"

You will get the "Activation Key" in this email from the email you provide. Copy it
- The paste the key in the "Activation Key" box. Then click activate

smtp issue 1: if you get this error (operation has timed out)
1: Check Network Connectivity: Verify that your network connection is stable and that there are no issues with the network path to the SMTP server.
2: Verify SMTP Settings: Make sure you are using the correct server address, port number, and authentication credentials for the SMTP server.
3: Check Firewall and Antivirus: Ensure that any firewalls or antivirus software are not blocking the SMTP connection.
4: Contact Server Administrator: If you suspect an issue with the SMTP server, contact the server administrator for further assistance
smtp issue 2: if you get this error (The SMTP Server requires a secure connection or the clien was not authenticated. The server response was 5.7.0 Authentication Required
1: Check Secure Connection Settings:
Make sure your application is configured to use a secure connection (SSL/TLS) when connecting to the SMTP server.
2: Verify the port number being used:
Port 465 is commonly used for SMTP over SSL.
Port 587 is used for SMTP over TLS (STARTTLS).
Ensure the server supports secure connections on the port you are using.
3: Verify SMTP Authentication:
Ensure that your application is using the correct authentication method for the SMTP server (e.g., plain, login, or OAuth2).
Confirm that the username and password being used for authentication are correct.
Check if the server requires additional authentication methods, such as OAuth2.
4: Check SMTP Server Settings:
Ensure the SMTP server settings (e.g., server address, port number) are correct.

1: SMTP Server Connection:
Server Unavailable: The SMTP server may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, high load, or network issues.
2: Connection Timeout: The connection attempt to the SMTP server may have timed out. Check your network connection and consider increasing the timeout duration if possible.
3: Authentication Issues:
Incorrect Credentials: Ensure your application is using the correct username and password to authenticate with the SMTP server.
Access Denied: The credentials might lack the necessary permissions to send email. Verify that your account has the required permissions.
4: Email Message Issues: Invalid Recipient Addresses: Check that the recipient addresses are correctly formatted and valid. Attachments: Large attachments or unsupported file types could cause issues. Make sure any attachments comply with the server's limitations.
SMTP Server Response:
5: Rate Limiting: Some SMTP servers have limits on how many emails you can send in a certain period. If you exceed these limits, the server may reject your requests.

Server Configuration:

Step to start
1. Setup Your SMTP Server(s)
2. Add The Emails(Sources)
3. Add Your Mail Message(Plain Text or your HTML template)
4. Create your first campaign and send it
Setup SMTP
1. Open SMTP Manager and click "+" icon.
2. Enter your SMTP information, For example(for Gmail SMTP)
Name: Google Mail Test
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
From email(Your gmail): [email protected]
From name(Your sending name): Test
Login(Your gmail): [email protected]
Password(Your gmail password):Password1234
Recipent Email(CC mail): [email protected]
Port(587-TLS / 465-SSL):587
3. Add Your Mail Message(Plain Text or your HTML template)
4. create your firs campaign and send it
Setup Bulk SMTP
1. Open SMTP Manager and click multiple mail icon beside the "+" icon.
2. Create a text file (.txt), use the format show bellow
smtp1.gmail.com;[email protected];password1;TestMail1
smtp2.gmail.com;[email protected];password2;TestMail2
smtp3.gmail.com;[email protected];password3;TestMail3
3. Enter your SMTP port (587-TLS / 465-SSL)
4. Click Save
Add Mail List
1. Open Data Manager and click the "+" icon.
2. Use the csv file provided or create a .txt file, we will show .csv for demo.
Download CSV list template
3. Add any name you want at the "File Name".
4. Click Save.
*Note: If you want use dynamic message, you must use the CSV template provided above.
*Note 2: If you just want add email, you can list import a list of email without any format.
Wirte email template
1. Open Template Manager and click the "+" icon.
2. You can write plain email or use HTML email.
*Note: AeroMailer enable you to upload images, attached files, links, design email and more.
3. Click "✅" icon to Save.
Wirte dynamic email template
1. Open Template Manager and click the "+" icon.
2. Select insert Dynamic Variables like the image bellow.
*Note: This require to use the CSV template at "How to Add Mail List".
4. Write the message with the selected variable
*Note: If you add more variable option, you may add it in the CSV template list:
For example you add "Option7". you can add "{Option6}" without "" in the content.
*Note: You also can add dynamic variable in "Message Subject".
For example you add "First Name". you can add "{FirstName}" without "" in the message subject.
Wirte Spintax email template
1. Open Template Manager and click the "+" icon.
2. Click the insert Spintax icon like the image bellow.
3. Write example Spintax for example "Hi | Hello", it will randomly send this 2 variable in your message.
Example in message 1: Hi AeroMailer, this is a test message.
Example in message 2: Hello AeroMailer, this is a test message.
4. Click insert Spintax.
5. Click Insert Dynamic Variable icon, and select Spintax
Create a Campaign and send email
1. Open Campaign Manager and click the "+" icon.
2. Select your Mail List source, Mail Template, and SMTP that you want to use
3. Check the "Enable SMTP Servers Rotation" if you want send the same email using multiple SMTP.
4. Click Save and and click start icon to start sending email
5. You can Stop, Pause, Delete and Restart the campaign.
View Campaign Report
1. Make sure you have done start the campaign.
2. Open Campaign Manager and the eys icon to view your campaign report
3. You can see if the email was send Successful or not, you may also export the report to csv file.
Filter Email List by Country
1. Open Filter Mail List By Country.
2. Drag and drop your email list(With Address Information).
3. It will generate the filter report base on the email googleapis.
How to Blacklist a Email
1. Open Blacklist Email List.
2. Click "Add Mail List" and all the email you want to ban sending to them.
3. Click "Add Blacklist Email" button to save it.
4. Click "Save List" at the top right conner
